Hello There!

Welcome to Eclectech Educator! I am Carlene, and I have spent over three decades in the classroom learning what truly clicks with students. My career has been uniquely diverse. In my first year, I actually taught kindergarten in the morning and high school calculus in the afternoon.

I have had the privilege of teaching nearly every grade level from K-12. I have also served as a teacher-librarian and a technology consultant, but my heart has always stayed with the magic of the elementary classroom. These experiences have turned me into a passionate educator and a connoisseur of teacher mugs and strong coffee. I am dedicated to turning ordinary topics into extraordinary learning tools.

 

I believe that "purposeful and rigorous" should always sit right alongside "fun and creative." After thirty years of teaching, my mission is to provide you with the intentional, interactive activities I have refined throughout my journey. These resources are designed to save you time and bring more joy to your students.
